i. PPL. Polypropylene Film Capacitor - Inductive-radial Dipped

PPL are constructed with polypropylene film dielectric, as compare wire other types, they have a lower dielectric
absorption and much lower temperature variation in the electrostatic capacitance. They have a much higher
insulation resistance and are ideal for use in circuits where a high demands is place on the Q in RF circuits, and electronic computers.

Features:

  • Excellent frequency and temperature characteristics
  • Small size, light weight
  • Epoxy resin vacuum-dipped enhances the mechanical strength, humidity resistance
  • Suitable for timing circuit and oscillation circuit
  • Heat resistance: 240℃±10℃ (5 seconds)

  • Capacitance range:0.001μF~0.22μF
  • Capacitance tolerance:±5%(j), ±10%(K), ±20%(M)
  • Rated voltage(RV): 50/100VDC, 200/250VDC
  • Dissipation factor: 0.1% Max at 1KHZ, 25℃
  • Insulation resistance(IR):≥20000 MΩ (C≦0.1µF) ≥2000 MΩ·µF (C>0.1µF)

Heat proof: Insulation resistance at 85℃ Testing temperature: 85±2℃ ≧4500MΩ
Heat proof: Rate of variation of capacitance at 85℃ Within +5% -2% of the value before test
Humidity test: Appearance Temperature: 40±2 ; Humidity: 90-95% RH
Testing time: 500 +24 -0 Hrs.
Apply voltage: rated voltage. After testing, leave it for about 16 Hrs. at standard condition Withstand voltage is 175% rated voltage, 60 sec.		 Shall be no abnormality
Humidity test: Withstand voltage Shall be no abnormality
Humidity test: Insulation resistance ≧15000MΩ
Humidity test: Dissipation factor 0.0015 (1.5%) Max.
Humidity test: Rate of variation capacitance Within ±5% of the value before test
