PSH are double sided metallized structure widely used in electronic lighting (i.e. car headlamp and ballast), pulse
applications with high A.C. voltage and HIGH current.

Features:

  • Low loss and small inherent temperature rise
  • Negative temperature coefficient of capacitance
  • Excellent active and passive flame resistant abilities

Specification:

  • Operating temperature: -40℃~105℃
  • Capacitance range: 0.001µF~0.1µF
  • Capacitance tolerance: ±2%(G); ±3%(H); ±5%(J), ±10%(K), ±20%(M)
  • Rated voltage: 250VAC(630VDC); 300VAC(800VDC); 400VAC(1000VDC); 500VAC(1250VDC); 700VAC(1600VDC); 900VAC(2000VDC)
  • Dissipation factor: 0.1% max at 1KHZ, 25℃
  • Insulation resistance: C≤0.33µF ≧50000 MΩ C>0.33µF ≧15000 MΩ

Insulation resistance: Between terminals & enclosure >0.33µF≧10,000MΩ•µF
Heat proof: Insulation resistance at 85℃ Testing temperature: 85±2℃ ≤0.33µF≧900MΩ at 85℃
>0.33µF≧300MΩ•µF at 85℃
Heat proof: Rate of variation of capacitance at 85℃ Within +5% -2% of the value before test
Humidity test: Appearance Temperature: 40±2 ; Humidity: 90-95% RH
Testing time: 500 +24 -0 Hrs. Apply voltage: rated voltage. After testing, leave it for about 16 Hrs. at standard condition Withstand voltage is 130% rated voltage, 60 sec.
