ii. MX1. Interference Suppression Class - X1

MX1 are constructed with special metallized polypropylene film dielectric, finned copper wire leads, encapalated in plastic case with epoxy resin sealed, in non-inductive type. They are ideal for line-by-pass, across-the-line, antenna coupling, spark killer circuits, switching power supply and available for EMI filter application

Features:

  • Very small loss, excellent frequency and temperature characteristics, high insulation resistance
  • Reliable quality due to self-healing effect
  • As an across-the-line type noise suppression capacitor and suitable for AC purpose
  • Withstanding 4.0KV impulse voltage , Class X1
  • Box type provides the identical outer appearance.

  • Testing voltage(TV): 2200VDC 60sec
  • Insulation resistance(IR):>30000 MΩ(C≦0.33µF) 1000 MΩ·µF (C>0.33µF)

Insulation resistance: Between terminals Apply rated voltage ±15% for 60 sec. When rated voltage under 100V. Apply 100V ±15% when rated voltage from 100V to 500V at 20℃. ≧30,000MΩ
Insulation resistance: Between terminals & enclosure
Heat proof: Insulation resistance at 85℃ Testing temperature: 85±2℃ ≧30,000MΩ
Heat proof: Rate of variation of capacitance at 85℃ Within +5% -2% of the value before test
